SiteExpress Monthly Plans

Register NowOur simple website development and ongoing management service starts at only $150/month (excluding GST) and will make your web presence look great!

All our SiteExpress plans have an initial website setup fee of $250.

After that the monthly service fee applies however, you can cancel at anytime and not get charged your monthly service fee anymore.

Numbers Monthly Plans

Register NowOur Numbers financial calculators are a great way to make your site more engaging for clients and prospects.

Numbers plans have a free 1 month design trial! This means you can cancel at anytime during the site design phase and not get charged.

FOLIO Monthly Plans

Register NowFolio is charged on a simple monthly model based on number of clients and number of advisers that make up your practice. (Note: all prices below are quoted without GST).

All our Folio plans have a free 1 month trial!

• Basic: $100/month for a single adviser solution with up to 500 online client sign-ins. This is a great starter solution for advice practices wanting to experiment with online client engagement. Click here to register here for Folio Basic Plan.
• Plus: $200/month for up to 3 advisers and up to 1,500 online client sign-ins. Great for a small team practice that wants to engage clients and share client information between the team. Click here to register here for Folio Plus Plan.
• Premium: $300/month for up to 5 advisers and 2,500 online client sign-ins. Great for mid-sized practices or those advisers that have a lot of clients they want to connect with online. Click here to register here for Folio Premium Plan.
• Max: $500/month for up to 10 advisers and 5,000 online client sign-ins. If this plan doesn’t fit your practice talk to us and we can work out a solution that works. Click here to register here for Folio Max Plan.

How does the 1 month free trial work?

If you cancel a paying plan within 1 month of signing up you won’t be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds cannot be issued after your initial 1 month trial and we don’t prorate for partial months.

Do I get a 1 month free trial if I upgrade?

If you upgrade from a beta account or a basic account to a high feature pay account you are not eligible for the 1 month free trial. The 1 month free trial on paying plans only applies if you sign up for a paying plan now. You can always downgrade later if you choose.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yep. Simply click on the “Account” tab on your dashboard and you’ll see your options.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. All our solutions are pay-as-you-go services. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

Are there per-user fees?

No for SiteExpress website management plans. Yes for Folio Client Tools the plans cover a set number of Adviser and client sign-ins.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.

Your data is safe and secure

Our state-of-the-art computer servers are protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. Our product software and infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches. Our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewall and all our Folio, Numbers and Fusion plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.

Internet Explorer 7 or 8, Firefox 3 and higher, Safari 4, and Chrome 4.
