The whole active calculator and advice process is managed by our online workflow engine that manages the tracking and compliance of the whole customer-advisor experience.

The solution can be initiated on the web by customers or it can be initiated from a phone conversation that an online advisor might be having with a customer.

Step 1. Plug our hosted online customer components into your web site
All our calculator and advice components plug into your web sites just as easily as if you were embedding a YouTube video.

Step 2. Plug your sales & service teams at the other end and start engaging your online customers
Leverage you current phone based sales and service teams or create new online teams to develop a two-way-web experience and really engage your online customers.
Your customers can send their questions, their calculator results and online applications to your existing service centre teams and increase your web conversion rate. All with bullet-proof compliance!
The submitted online requests can be processed via our Service Centre Console. Your online advice team can either be allocated requests to process or simply get the next one off the queue. Both customers and advisors are sent email confirmations and notifications to go back online whenever there has been a change to their online request.
